thank you carla for my red striped fishing net sweater birthday present. i wish i was still in new york so I could wake up at 7 am and be second in line at the samples sales with you, we'd probably be a better team for fighting off girls that take our bargains even though they would probably buy it at regular price anyway, but i'm glad you still think of me :) 
speaking of lovely carla, pass by the brooklyn flea where she sells old working cameras with her bf Mike.
and finally since Carla is in Miami for a few days, we decided to check out Lou's Beer Garden in North Miami Beach. Really cute, delicious microbrews, 2 for 1's until 9 and the food was really really good. go there.
